Our most popular, and most cost-effective, way of working. Once we understand your requirements and ambitions, we arrange surveying your property, and put our design experience to work producing architectural drawings as necessary for planning applications and/or building regulations approval.

From early feasibility studies, concept and design process to detailed working drawings, material specification, through to selecting your builder and adminstering the building contract, all in line with the RIBA Plan of Work Stages. Our fees for this are calculated based on an agreed percentage of the overall cost.
